Here at Sustainable Wellness, we are proud to offer Aligned Care Services: services that support our LGBTQIA+ community! Services include assessments and letters for gender affirming care, along with specialty therapy services, and wellness services with those who are LGBTQIA+ welcoming and informed.

We are proud to support those who are seeking gender-affirming care letters for non-surgical and surgical treatment and intervention. We also offer optional short-term therapy and skills coaching sessions for those obtaining letters and undergoing non-surgical and surgical treatment and intervention.
While all of our clinicians are LGBTQIA+ informed, we also have clinicians who specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ population:
Christopher Love, LMSW (he/him/his) provides individual therapy for adults and young adults. He is committed to serving the LGBTQIA+ community, and those navigating emotional and relational challenges. Danielle Montrond, LCSW (they/them/theirs) is passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and in working with clients to help navigate the impacts of shame on the mind and spirit.
YogaVibe began in 2015 as a brick and mortar Yoga studio in Rochester, NY. Founders & yoga teachers Jesse Amesmith and Julie Olney were able to provide a space for more: more types of bodies, more spiritual experience, and more inclusive programming in the Rochester yoga scene, until closing their doors during summer of 2020. In 2023 Jesse took up the YogaVibe mantle again, this time offering higher level Yoga education online & out in the world.
