Sustainable Wellness is a trauma-based therapy and wellness practice focused on providing a holistic approach to healing. We offer specialized mental health services for PTSD and other trauma disorders, along with trauma-informed care for communities exposed to high levels of chronic stress and shame. We’re passionate about and committed to helping our clients achieve optimal wellness in a safe, inclusive, and compassionate environment. Our team believes that the body has the ability to heal and that growth occurs while exploring the root causes of issues – not just treating symptoms.
