Clinical Interns

Our clinical interns provide therapy at a discounted rate and can initiate the intake process for those on the waitlist. They focus on preparation for trauma work through assessment, treatment planning, stabilization work, grounding, and coping skills.

Short-Term Therapy

We are able to provide short-term therapy for teens, young adults, and adults. Short-term therapy happens within a limited timeframe and aims to work with clients on achieving targeted goals and identifying solutions or coping strategies.

Group Therapy

Our therapy groups provide clients the opportunity to learn, gain insight, and receive support alongside others. All of our in-person therapy groups take place at our office in Rochester, NY. Virtual groups are available to anyone living in New York State.

Webinars & Workshops

While in-person workshops take place at our office in Rochester, NY, all of our webinars and workshops are made accessible through virtual and "hybrid" flexibility. They are also available to anyone, anywhere!

We host various wellness services in our Village Gate studio space! Explore our yoga classes, trainings, webinars, workshops, and other wellness-based events. Some of our events are also made available virtually.
