Clinical Therapist
Erin is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) and a clinical therapist at Sustainable Wellness. She earned her degree from University of Texas at Arlington in 2012 and currently provides individual therapy to adults at the practice.
Erin's therapeutic approach is client-led and deeply non-judgmental, built on a foundational belief that there is no “right” way to be a person. She specializes in working with adult clients navigating struggles with attachment wounds, interpersonal relationships, parenting, LGBTQIA+ identity issues, and religious trauma. Her work centers around the nervous system and the ways in which nature, nurture, and systemic influences impact both our individual and collective experiences. Utilizing a variety of modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Modern Psychoanalytic Theory, systems theory, and somatic techniques, she helps clients develop a deeper understanding of how subconscious patterns affect behavior.
She provides a grounded, compassionate space for clients to identify and peel away the layers of conditioning and survival tactics that get in the way of living with confidence and authenticity. By connecting the mind and body, she supports clients in building a better relationship with themselves and their communities.
