
Advanced DBT Group
Join the waitlist! This group integrates skills from all DBT modules to generate strategies for future skills use, problem solving, and effective planning. Sessions include member-led discussions and a deeper look at how DBT skills can address difficulties related to shame, abandonment, and managing loneliness. Participants must complete a DBT Skills Group prior to attending this group or have significant and current working knowledge of DBT skills. This group meets virtually.

DBT Skills Group
DBT skills training is a weekly group, run like a class, which teaches skills across four main topics: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills. Clients are required to complete homework assignments in which they practice the skills taught during the weekly lesson. This group meets virtually.

Religious Trauma Support Group
This support group offers space for people who want to heal from past religious or spiritual trauma, abuse, and/or adverse experiences. Participants are invited to share their story, and will have the opportunity to connect with others who have had similar experiences in an environment of safety and support. Open to all religious/spiritual backgrounds and denominations!

Sexual Violence Support Group
This support group is a safe space for women who want to feel less alone in their experience with intimate relationship violence, sexual abuse, rape, or sexual assault. It provides education about sexual violence as well as emotional support from others who have had similar experiences. Participants must be connected with an individual therapist to join.
