This group integrates skills from all DBT modules to generate strategies for future skills use, problem solving, and effective planning. Sessions include member-led discussions and a deeper look at how DBT skills can address difficulties related to shame, abandonment, and managing loneliness. Participants must complete a DBT Skills Group prior to attending this group or have significant and current working knowledge of DBT skills. This group meets virtually.

DBT skills training is a weekly group, run like a class, which teaches skills across topics of mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills. Clients are required to complete homework assignments in which they practice the skills taught during the weekly lesson. This group meets virtually.

Trauma is healed through safety, connection, and knowledge. This comprehensive trauma support program will allow individuals to learn, grow, and heal alongside others who are navigating trauma and trauma reactions. Participants must be connected with an individual therapist to join.
