Join the waitlist for a second group coming soon! This group integrates skills from all DBT modules to generate strategies for future skills use, problem solving, and effective planning. Sessions include member-led discussions and a deeper look at how DBT skills can address difficulties related to shame, abandonment, and managing loneliness. Participants must complete a DBT Skills Group prior to attending this group or have significant and current working knowledge of DBT skills. This group meets virtually.

DBT Skills Group
Join the waitlist for a second day-time group coming soon! DBT skills training is a weekly group, run like a class, which teaches skills across topics of mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills. Clients are required to complete homework assignments in which they practice the skills taught during the weekly lesson. This group meets virtually.

Emotions in Motion: Teen Support Group
This support group blends creative expression, somatic awareness, and movement-based interventions to support teens in high pressure, performance-based environments to rebuild safety and connection with their bodies, regulate emotions, and experience healing and joy through movement. Participants will have the option to meet with facilitators one-on-one for additional support.
