Our Studio is located in Village Gate Square in the Neighborhood of the Arts (NOTA) area of Rochester. The Studio is located on the 5th floor of the main building and offers yoga classes, workshops, trainings, and other events.

How to Find Us
Our Studio can be tricky to find on your first visit. We have found that the easiest way to find us is by entering through the building's courtyard off Goodman Street. From the courtyard, follow signs for Lento Restaurant (the door also says “RISER 1”). Take the elevator to the 5rd floor, and our Studio is at the end of the hall (follow the signs!). Free parking is available in lots on all sides of the building or on Goodman and College Streets in front of the building.
