Empowerment Class with Rebecca

Empowerment, a class facilitated by Rebecca Phelps of Gracious Dance, is a bi-monthly healing movement group designed to support survivors of trauma through trauma informed dance, yoga, and peer support.  Sessions are designed to promote building positive connections or reconnections to the body, exploring healthy coping strategies, and giving space for emotional expression. We believe in the importance of creating an environment that is accessible, inclusive, provides safety, encouragement, and healing for survivors and supporters in all walks of life.

This class take place in the Wellness Studio on the fifth floor of our Village Gate office above Lento Restaurant. Free parking is available in lots on all sides of the building or on Goodman and College Streets in front of the building.
