About the event
Join us at our Village Gate Studio for the Community Move 'n Groove - a day filled with movement and connection to support a good cause in the Rochester community! In collaboration with Gracious Dance Studio, all proceeds from the event will be donated to Willow Domestic Violence Center in support of Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
From 9am - 2pm, movement teachers from across the Rochester area are donating their time and talents to offer yoga, sound baths, dance classes, and breath work to the local community. Classes are open to all experience levels. The day will also include education about body-based tools that support mental health and trauma recovery.
Individual or full-day class passes are available for purchase! Full-day passes comes at a discounted rate (a buy-three-get-one-free deal!)
