Eva Grove, LP-MHC
Clinical Therapist
Eva Grove, LPMHC completed her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Syracuse University. She provides individual therapy to children (8 and older), adolescents, and adults at Sustainable Wellness.
When a person is struggling, Eva looks at the big picture, not just their “problems” or “symptoms.” Through a strengths-based perspective, she helps clients explore how the problem areas came to be, formulates a plan to address concerns, and actively teaches skills to foster change. Through this lens, Eva has successfully worked with kids, teens, and adults to address trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm, OCD, ADHD, and other behavioral and emotional disturbances.
Eva uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Narrative Therapy, IFS/parts work, Schema Therapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy in her work with clients. When the client is a child, Eva involves the whole family in treatment to create necessary change.
Eva eagerly works collaboratively with her clients to determine best steps forward and develop a plan with specialized, individualized support. Eva is available for telehealth sessions at this time.
