Cognitive Interweave EMDR Consult Group

Service Description

This specialized EMDR consultation group is a three-part series designed to help EMDR-trained clinicians master the implementation and effectiveness of Cognitive Interweaves. Feedback, education and instruction will be provided in areas of case conceptualization, looping, types of interweaves, appropriate use of interweaves, skills application, and the integration of cognitive interweaves into clinical practice. Handouts will be provided to guide the consultation process. Participants are expected to come prepared to present case material that allows for discussion about cognitive interweaves. Space is limited to 6 clinicians per consultation group to allow time for education, presentations and discussion. Due to the topic-focused nature of this consultation group, those seeking EMDRIA certification hours must receive prior approval from the Consultant, Sara Adams, in order to count these hours toward certification. Participants must commit to all three parts of this consultation series. Payment for the entire series is due at the time of registration.
