About this Group
About.
Traumatic experiences and grief can impact our relationships, energy levels, health, and the way we envision our futures. Grieving individuals often feel excessive social and environmental demands to move forward or respond in a particular way, leading to feelings of stress, isolation and difficulty connecting to others. This group offers virtual support for participants working through loss of a significant person or other major loss. It provides a supportive environment that offers space to be heard and connect, while learning education, coping skills, and stress management techniques to help move through the grieving process. Together, we explore the deep connection between grief and trauma.
