Completion of the Mindfulness for Trauma Group is required prior to joining this group. Participants must also be connected with an individual therapist to join. This group meets virtually.

Looking through the lens of trauma and PTSD, this DBT-informed mindfulness group aims to help clients improve awareness, practice acceptance, and find their way to the present moment. Participants gain education about trauma, why mindfulness can be challenging for the trauma brain, and also why mindfulness can be helpful to trauma healing. This group is a necessary prerequisite to our DBT for Trauma Group. This group meets virtually.
